What you can do now
You can now manage your visitors anywhere using Guardtek´s mobile app m-Post. The app allows you to do the following, all in real-time:
- Check in and out scheduled visitors
- Visitor templates by type
- Register unscheduled visitors manually
Checked-in visitors will automatically show up in the check-out inbox. This allows you to have full situational awareness, knowing who is on your property at all times.
The system comes with customizable visitor management templates that can be tailored to specific industries as well as types of visitors. Custom templates also allow you to mark certain fields as mandatory and include a picture of the visitor.
